We ask for the least we need to get you on a boat and keep you safe on it. This page explains what that is, where it lives and how to get it removed.

Only what a booking actually requires:
To confirm and run your booking, to reach you if a sailing time or the weather changes, to pass the minimum required details to the boat operator, jeep driver or hotel for that specific booking, and to answer you afterwards if something needs following up.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without you asking for it.
The Navora team member handling your booking, and the specific operating partner delivering your experience — a cruise operator needs a name and headcount, a hotel needs an ID name, a jeep driver needs a pickup point. Nothing more travels with the booking.
Payment details are handled by the payment provider; Navora does not store card numbers.
Enquiries submitted on this website are stored in our managed cloud database with access restricted to Navora staff accounts. WhatsApp conversations remain on WhatsApp under their own encryption and policies.
Booking records are kept for three years to meet accounting and tax requirements. Enquiries that never became bookings are deleted after twelve months.
This site uses only the storage needed to keep the site running and to count anonymous page visits. There are no advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete everything except records we must legally keep. Write to contact@navoragoa.com from the email you booked with, or message +91 78601 56369 — we respond within 7 working days.
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Guest details for minors are provided by the booking adult, who is responsible for them throughout the experience.
