01Who we are

Navora Experiences is a Goa-registered travel and tourism operator based in Anjuna, North Goa. For cruises, jeep safaris, water sports and stays we act as an authorised booking agent for licensed local operators; for our own charters and guided days we are the operator.

02Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Navora carrying a booking reference. An enquiry submitted on this site, or an advance paid without confirmation, does not guarantee a seat.

Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and can change with season, fuel cost and government levies until your booking is confirmed.

03Identification and boarding

Carry an original government photo ID for every adult guest; jetty security and forest checkposts require it. Guests must report at the time printed on the confirmation — usually 30 minutes before departure. Boats and jeeps do not wait.

04Safety and conduct

The captain, guide or lifeguard on duty has final authority on safety. Their instruction overrides your booking.

• •Life jackets are compulsory on all water-sports activities and in the Dudhsagar base pool.
• •Guests who are visibly intoxicated at boarding may be refused, without refund.
• •Smoking is restricted to marked deck areas; narcotics are prohibited and will be reported.
• •Harassment of crew or other guests ends your booking immediately, with no refund.
• •Damage to a vessel, vehicle or equipment is charged at repair cost.

05Health, age and fitness

Water sports and the Dudhsagar trek are not advised for guests who are pregnant, have heart or spinal conditions, or have had recent surgery. Children under five sail free on most cruises but are not permitted on adventure activities. Tell us about medical conditions, allergies and mobility needs at the time of booking so we can plan around them.

06Changes by us

Timings, routes, boats and menus can change for operational, safety or weather reasons. Where a change is material we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund under our refund policy. Third-party operator delays outside our control are not grounds for compensation beyond that policy.

07Liability

Adventure activities carry inherent risk and you take part voluntarily. Navora's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged on board, for delays caused by traffic, weather or authority action, or for losses arising from information you gave us incorrectly.

08Photography and media

Our hosts sometimes photograph sailings and events. Tell your host if you would rather not appear, and we will exclude you. Guests may not operate drones on cruises or inside the sanctuary.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Panaji, Goa.
