We would rather move your date than keep your money. This page sets out exactly what happens when plans change — yours or the weather's.

Cancellation windows are counted from the departure or reporting time printed on your confirmation.
Every booking gets one free date change if requested more than 24 hours before departure, subject to availability on the new date. Any difference in seasonal rate is charged or refunded at cost.
If Navora, the boat operator, the lifeguard authority or the forest department cancels for weather, high sea state, a red flag or a sanctuary closure, you choose: a full refund with no deduction, or a rescheduled date with a credit for any rate difference.
If a sailing departs and is cut short by weather after departure, we refund on a pro-rata basis for the unused time on cruises, and offer a partial credit on charters.
Boats leave on time. If you arrive after the jetty gate closes, the booking is treated as a no-show. Guests who leave a cruise or trek early for personal reasons are not eligible for a refund.
Bookings of 20 guests or more, and all corporate events, follow the terms in your signed event confirmation. As standard: full refund up to 15 days out, 50% up to 7 days out, and the advance is retained inside 7 days but can be moved once to a new date within six months.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds are initiated within 48 hours of approval and typically settle in 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank. Cash payments at the jetty are refunded by UPI to a number you confirm in writing.
You will always receive a written refund confirmation on WhatsApp or email with the reference number.
